Xiaflex has to be imported individually and the cost is prohibitve, in the range of 5,000 - 10,000 € per treatment. BTW, it's not available anymore in Canada either. Better check needle fasciotomy if you want a minimally invasive treatment https://www.dupuytren-online.info/NA_lis..._countries.html . The cost will likely be 1/10 or 1/20 of a Xiaflex treatment, with probably a similar outcome.
