    I couldn't be happier with the results of the cryo with Dr Spilkin! We decided to treat just the heel pain - not the Ledderhose fibromas - and the heel pain is 85% gone! Very easy procedure (other than the shots to numb the area), and walked out of the office.

    Next step is custom orthothics so I can wear flats (currently only wearing heels with Dr School's inserts).

    When (hopefully never) the fibromas start really hurting, we'll freeze those and go from there.

    So happy to be rid of that ^&^$*_ heel pain!

    This is great news! I will keep this in mind as I also have been having a lot of heel pain even though it's not near the nodules. Interesting to hear someone else does too. Is this a pretty general technique or does one need to have specific info?

    Tamara - it's my understanding that very few doctors offer this treatment. Here's the link to Dr. Spilkin site. I don't know where you live, but he's in NJ.
