I just looked at the additional pictures you posted. I can see now clearly the extend of your nodules...especially in the picture where you post your foot sideways....It does look to me now that you have many more nodules and they are much larger than mine.

I have full confidence in Dr. T. and if he feels he can help you, go for it... you have nothing to loose. RT is not invasive, usually has no side effects, except maybe some dryness as posted by some people on this forum (not in my case...I had no side effects)....and in my opinion it should always be the first choice of treatments, especially for Ledderhose.
