Re: I'm new to this

I'm a 49 year old American of European decent who lives in Japan. The last time I was at the doctor for back pain, I asked him about the lumps on my feet. He grabbed my hands and started looking for Dupuytren's! At least he knew what the lumps were! I'm going to go back to him later this week as my feet have really started to hurt after long days of standing in a classroom.
Looking at the discussions about cold feet making the pain worse, I can relate to that as well! It is getting hot as it gets closer to summer and I've switched from shoes and socks to sandals and support slippers indoors. (no shoes in the house in Japan!).
Looking forward to finding out more about this condition here and getting some input to share with the doctors.
