RT in Pittsburgh ... or close????

I am a 53 year old female. I discovered a bump on my left foot in February 2009 and went to a podiatrist who diagnosed it as plantar fibromatosis. He old me that surgery wasn't really an option due to risk of recurrence and told me that if it got worse I that insoles would help -- but hopefully in did not get any larger. In August I discovered lump on my right hand. I visited a hand doctor who diagnosed it as Dupuyten's and told me that I would need to wait until my finger(s) were bent to have surgery. He did make the connection between the lump on my foot and the one on my hand. Neither doctor mentioned radiation therapy (RT).

Now it is October 2009 and the lump on my left foot is much larger .... and there is a small one starting on my right foot. I am REALLY, REALLY concerned. I have been spending a lot of time researching Dupuyten's and Ledderhose and, thanks in large part to this site, have learned about my options. Last week I went back to the podiatrist. He had never heard of radiation therapy for plantar fibromatosis -- and I am not even sure he knew the condition by the name Ledderhose. He did, though, seemed very intrigued that RT would be a possible treatment. He promised to check with his colleagues at the Radiology department at UPMC to see if anyone was doing it in Pittsburgh. I haven't heard back from him.

According to this site, the closest RT site is Virginia. Does anyone know of one in Pittsburgh or possibly Cleveland?

Thanks!
