dry needling

my bumpies 1 kidney bean sized lump on arch tendon left foot came first 4 yrs ago. came with increasing aggravation with walking. finally sat in chair for three months unable to walk with severe plantar fasciitis and night cramps..toes curled up and side calf muscle spasmed. got on-line and discovered physio and ortho's the way to go. disgusted with the surgeons i had been sent to by confused general practitioner who thought it was cancerous and freaked me out. not a one of them said go to therapy and get orthos...orthos acquired and after three days wearing them can walk again and physio takes care of fasciitis. basically no change for two years. then uncomfortable again...went to physio and have had three treatments with dry needling. the nodules are softer and smaller. perhaps they will disappear? needles directly inserted into the bumpies. keep you informed. been on NAC 600 mg. for two yrs...perhaps that has helped? cleared up the bronchitis.
