Flying to Oakland from Seattle is much cheaper via Alaska Airlines The drive to Larkspur may be 10 miles longer, but not going through San Fran keeps the time about the same. That's what I did last May with minimal hassle. Good Luck.

There are no Seattle area NA providers to my knowledge.
I'm in Kent, WA, and I looked all over the area last year.
I ended up taking a few days vacation and flying to Los Angeles (Dr. Benhaim @ UCLA), and tied it in with a visit to some friends and family.
It wasn't exactly a dream vacation, and it cost me about $500 airfare/hotel/car rental, but it still beat the hell out of the options the surgeons were giving me here.
