assistance with xiaflex (collagenase injection)
hi,
i joined the forum today.
live in australia.
had surgery on my left pinkie 2 yrs ago, but starting to return.
seriously thinking of this xiaflex this time around, and just looking for advice/recomendations/personal experiences...anything.
my immediate prob though is finding a practioner in my country that does this treatment (collagenase injection). i would consider going to USA though to have this done as have family there to visit anyway.
any input appreciated

Welcome to the forum gondor.
A quick forum search turned up Dr Chin at http://advancedplasticsurgery.com.au/han...ns-contracture/, so there may be others. Do you have a cord and contracture? If you would consider RT or NA try searching for that too in Australia on this site.

If you have a palpable cord, and contracture, then Xiaflex and NA may well indeed be candidates for treatment, if no other complications which your doctor would be able to advise.
