It seems there is a list of criteria of things that can make you vunerable to getting Dupuytrens....I did not know about the connection of long time seizure meds and Dupuytrens. I wonder if it is too late to switch to another drug if it would help any? Mine came on suddenly in my thmb and index finger with nodule and cord, no contracture. But have the ledderhosen puts me more at risk of develping. And why oh why couldn't it have been my pinky instead of my thumb and index on my major hand?:sad
