3 yrs later now my left hand

I'm a 35 yo male with Dupuytrens. I had surgery 3 yrs ago on my right hand - painful, but highly successful. Now my left hand, in the past 4 months, has begun to show signs of the disease.

I also have type 2 diabetes - does anyone also have diabetes and Dupuytrens?

Any success with non-surgery techniques?

Thanks.

need help

This is my first day searching the net to learn more about Dupuytren. I am trying to find a doctor to see my father in Texas or Louisiana. He is 69 years old and has lost use of 8 of 10 fingers to this disease. Please help this rookie search.

Non-Surgical Cure ?

Hope you can help!

I’m new to the Dupuytren's Forum, but not to Dupuytren's that showed up about 10 years ago. Had surgery on my left hand 2 years ago but Dupuytren's is now back in the L hand worse than ever. So I know from experience surgery is only a stopgap.

I know about the French Needle so I am very interested in info about non-surgical cures. Question:

1) Are there any legit non-surgical cures? Who and where?
2) Is the SUNY Stony Brook cure near going public? Any info on the status?
3) Are there any doctors (or anyone else) doing injections? Who and where?

Please help with any info you have. I don’t want any more surgery!

Thanks.

Non-surgery alternatives

Sorry for may bad english.
I discovered a nodule ( D C ) in my left hand, middle finger.
As I'm a diabetic type 1, 60 years old man, I need a non surgical treatment.
The DC is in an early stage so I think there might be many effectives alternatives of treatment. Which ones can they be and their results.
Please respond me at my e-mail address:

Thanks
Carlos, Punta del Este, Uruguay.

yoga

Yoga has helped me strech my DD fingers. I get some relief from yoga. It may help you put off NA or surgery for a while.
