Well....I guess we've come to a point where we must all make a decision...
NA was pioneered in France - the word of it's existance has faithfully spread by many of us here.
Dr. Eaton (US) and Dr. Spacek (Canada) respected DC sufferers enought to suspend their practices to travel to France and be taught NA for six months. Without doubt they both sacrificed income and the Dr.'s in France earned some money for teaching it.
Both Dr. Eaton and Dr. Spacek returned home and began practicing NA and helping many DC sufferers.
So...ask yourself some questions:
a) Is NA really PA?
b) Do I really have enough medical knowledge to interchange these two terms?
c) Am I spreading misinformation?
d)If a doctor tells me he/she practices NA, but they have not been to France and specifically studied NA at the appropriate learning hospitals for NA...is it fair to the other doctors who have?
e)Are we going to be able to keep the integrity of NA intact if we stray from the list of NA practioners that are listed on the French Forum?

Yup
I think it is really important for a doctor to have trained specifically for NA in order to perform it, or else every Tom Dick and Harry will start jabbing needles into our palms then we'll start hearing about damaged nerves etc and the beauty of NA will be lost.
During a time when NA is so new, we must protect it while there is no laws surrounding it.
