    Scott,Prior to my recent NA I was having cramps and spasms like crazy.Had resorted to Darvocet for relief.Dr.was unable to do anything for the curled up pinkie but did break the cord in the palm just below.I credit that for the relief.

    I have had no spasims but my hands hurt and itch. I had NA a few years ago but the nodes linder and rebuild.
