As you know DC reoccurs no matter if you have surgery or NA. I believe you will find reoccurance rates on the French Forum.

In our household we choose believe NA will be needed at least every two years and are content with that. It is my understanding that reoccurrance after surgery can vary from 6weeks to five years, but personally, I would rather have NA every two years then surgery every five years because of the scarring and excelleration do to trauma issues.
