Hi all my name is Jason.I have had ledderhose in both feet & dupuytren in both hands now for about 4 years. It started when i was around 38 yrs old...I always worked hard & thought it may have something to do with the work that i did.I built new condos on the gulf of mexico, installing baseboard & bending over all day long in & out of small closets . They were Big Condos & many miles of baseboard was installed. After that i started my own Home building business & worked hard often pouring concrete & framing new homes .Until now i find myself in pain without a job -on food stamps ,my feet hurt so bad at times it's hard to take the 1st steps to the floor in the morning.I have a small ultrasound machine that i try & use but it's not much help. Can i do anything else for the pain? This is a really neat forum & i'm learning a lot..
Hi Jason! I'm so sorry to hear this, but then again I'm glad to hear that I'm not the only one out there that has it both in hands and feet. I have been using a product called Salonpas and they have helped my feet a bunch. You can pick them up at CVS or walgreens. I have only had this disease now for a year and a half and my feet hurt all the time. I was getting shots in my feet until they no longer worked. I have custom made inserts and they hurt as well. Good luck
Did get some help from a local doctor. The mix is Flurbiprofen & 25% Verapamil hydochloride-Transdermal .All i can say is WOW The stuff is working .It has been 1 week now & i'm very happy ,hope it gets even better in the weeks to come.
