RT: 1st in Germany; 2nd in Toronto
Thought I'd post my recent experiences if may suggest options to some.
In June this year I visited Prof S in Hamburg. Was confirmed for two sites of DD, and two sites of LD (all at early 'treatable' stage), and I proceeded with first round of treatments. While there, discussion included (somewhat surprisingly) possibility of having this done in Toronto, at Princess Margaret Hospital/Cancer Center.
I live near Toronto, and upon my return from overseas I emailed the contact I was given - Dr. Brian O'Sullivan. This resulted in arrangements being made for 2nd round of RT to be completed in the Sarcoma clinic of PMH. I completed this second round of RT this past September.
I had tried to 'get in' to PMH prior to going to Germany, but was turned down. In retrospect, I'm most satisfied with my choice to pursue treatment in Germany, since I think one can't do better than having initial diagnosis confirmed by Prof S (and perhaps initial treatment done there as well). I did recognize the different level of experience between the two clinics in handling/treating DD and (especially) LD. Although I should say great care was given me at PMH with much attention paid to careful preparation and subsequent treatments. While I had expected I'd be under the care of Dr. O'Sullivan, my case was actually taken on by an associate - Dr. Charles Catton.
I realize having treatments 'split' between two locations may not be considered ideal. But I figured, with Prof S's confirmation of which areas to treat, subsequent treatment (in Toronto) was more of a straightforward 'mechanical' procedure. Yes, if issues arise, I'm somewhat stuck in the middle, but it's my understanding (much of which was gained from the information and forums here) that two rounds of RT are generally all one can expect to receive, and it either works or it doesn't.
I did ask the physician at PMH if he would be 'okay' with my passing along information (in this forum) to the effect that such treatment is available at their premises - permission to do so was granted. The team there sort of made light of the fact that while they don't necessarily 'advertise' this much, they are in the business of treating many conditions - not exclusive of DD and LD.

Re: RT: 1st in Germany; 2nd in Toronto
I live in Westen NY and am considering contacting the clinic in Toronto. I've had LD for 25 years, but am now developing Dupuytrens. In researching on this website I see radiation therapy would be the way to go for my hand, as the nodule isn't very large yet. Any suggestions about how to get into the clinic without first going to Germany? I can't afford an overseas trip, but could manage the 2 hour drive to Toronto. Would there be a way to get this treatment at Roswell Cancer Institute?

Re: RT: 1st in Germany; 2nd in Toronto
Being a US resident, your approach to being accepted for treatment at PMH / PMCC (Toronto) would be different than for Canadians.
Here's some info to get you started: (copy and paste into browser; and this is basically a shortcut to another shortcut re the "International Patient Program"; you could likely as easily good that)

Otherwise I have no information to help with your question regarding the USA clinic you mentioned.
