Verapamil Cream (Any solutions?)

Hello,

I'm looking for all information related to applying Verapamil cream and maximizing it's effectiveness - because the fibromas are on my feet, when I apply verapamil, and put my socks on - the medication rubs onto the socks and is removed. I want to find a way to maximize the creams effectiveness by either wrapping my foot in a plastic piece or some other way - does anyone has found any solutions? Please let me know..

Thanks,

If you search in the Ledderhose disease or plantar fibromatosis group on FB there are several 'solutions' provided by patients. Also Dr Davis says this "Rub it in vigorously until it appears to disappear into the skin. Small amounts used frequently are better that larger amounts used less frequently. If you are experiencing stickiness, use less of the cream and try to spend a bit more time rubbing it in."
