You need to research on the treatment options available to you where you live. Our recommendation is avoid surgery if at all possible. Conservative treatment first with a podiatrist using orthotics and symptomatic relief. Then investigate RT with a radiologist. Other options include cryosurgery, and the largely unproven: Hyaluronidase injection, Tenex procedure, ESWT. The best resource is Gary’s blog http://ledderhose.blogspot.co.uk. Some places do hav specialist foot and ankle clinics.
