Started FV Flurbipprofen 10% - Verapamil 25% about a month ago with fantastic results.I have been in pain for the past 4 years & for the 1st time in the past few years I FEEL GOOD!!!!!!! Not here to brag about the mix because ,i'm not going to get anything beside the comfort of it...I would ask your doctors for anyone with ledderhose or dupuytren to please write you a script..Will it work over night? No -------- will it work after a month? Yes indeed....I will keep everyone posted,i have some before pics. & was told my feet should look great, should be gone in 6 months.I will post the after pics in 5 more months also.......Just wanting to help others who i know for a fact are in pain with this Disease. It was like i could feel it growing on me at night, now i feel it going away!
A few good reasons i know it's working = I dropped a sock on the floor last night on accident & without thinking i did the pick it up with my toes trick . I could not do this 1 month ago. This morning i thought well let me try a push up on the floor, something i have not been able to do for years now because the pain in my hands was to much for the weight of my body.I did #5 push ups . Enjoy the day all!!!!!
I may be wrong but your reports sound by far too good to be true. They sound more like massive advertizing. Please wait for another couple of months and then report how you are doing.
one thing that's been frustrating on this board I have found is that people come up with these so-called improvements using X treatment and they sound so pleased but then you never hear from them again. This is very frustrating...I wish they would stick with their result reporting so that we can see whether these treatments actually do anything. cureall
Cureall, I agree. But there's a really fine line on these boards for PF. Over the years there have been so many folks who posing as PF patients both here and on the yahoo boards, but overtly were trying to push the Verapamil Gel from PD Labs, so I think anyone who is very excited about their progress with it is met with some suspicion- especially if it's in their first few posts. On the other hand, because of this history, it may be that folks who may be having legitimate success and posting about it may be offended by the suspicion they are met with here occasionally. But given the history of the insincere posters it's wise to be suspect, even knowing that there will be legitimate people who are turned off by the cold reception of their progress reports. How are you progressing with the Verapamil? I found the following info for you: GENERIC NAME: flurbiprofen
BRAND NAME: Ansaid
DRUG CLASS AND MECHANISM: Flurbiprofen is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) effective in treating fever, pain, and inflammation in the body. It is similar to ibuprofen (Motrin or Advil), naproxen (Naprosyn), and others. As a group, NSAIDs are non-narcotic relievers of mild to moderate pain of many causes, including injury, menstrual cramps, arthritis, and other musculoskeletal conditions. They work by reducing the levels of prostaglandins, chemicals that are responsible for pain, fever, and inflammation. Flurbiprofen blocks the enzyme that makes prostaglandins (cyclooxygenase), resulting in lower concentrations of prostaglandins. As a consequence, inflammation, pain and fever are reduced. The FDA approved flurbiprofen in October 1988.
