More piano results in more pain
I was diagnosed in Oct 08 with dupuytren's (Mar 07 ledderhose). I have developed more nodules & bands but so far my thumb is the only one showing slight contracture at the first knuckle. I'm having alot of pain in my hand. I play piano & have found the more I play the more pain I have. Although more practice causes more pain I don't know if it accelerates the progression or not. Should I stop playing to slow the progression? Thanks to anyone that can advise me.
