Are you a patient of theirs or are you somehow associated with Cascade Orthopaedics?
I looked all around Seattle and found very few willing/trained to do NA and those who did were either using an OR or were doing things that seemed far too complicated and thus the price was ridiculously high. I ended up going to Port Angeles as a result.
