Have you seen the web page for Mr Chris Bainbridge-Hand Surgeon?
The page has been updated and is full of useful information regarding treatment by NA.
How to get referred and how long you will need to be in Derby for treatment.
Worth a look.
My left little finger which I had treated by NA in Paris in September 2006 is still straight. My right hand is slowly getting worse and I think that I will have to have NA on it in the not too distant future.

Hi Marjorie, good to see you back again! I agree with you, Chris Bainbridge's site has a lot of good information and is better than most sites. And to ice the cake it has several references to our site!
