I'm scheduled to have R/T this coming Monday: The Doctor however will be out of town. The technicians apparently have the "treatment plan" in the computer, as they say.......

Do you think the Doctor should be there? Or does it not matter during actual treatment. The Doctor did all his planing with MRI's and cat scans and said that he does not have to be there during treatment, should I believe this is OK.

Also: the marked out area in my palm does not include the base of my thumbs and though I have no visible nodules or cords, nor can you feel any, none-the-less, when I stretch my thumbs it does feel like a tight stretch. I don't remember when things were normal if that is normal anyway (to feel a tight stretech when extending the hand in general)

Should I be insisting that he radiate the base of my thumbs as well based upon what I am kind of feeling. Or just rely on his mri's and cat scans to tell him where to draw the lines (which he already has and includes most of my palm up to the base of my fingers. (but does not include the heel of my palms)
